Profile laser cutting enables precise processing of tubes and profiles with high repeatability and tight tolerances. The technology supports complex geometries, hole patterns, and custom features, delivering excellent joint quality with minimal post-processing.

The machine processes round tubes up to Ø305 mm, as well as square and open profiles up to 220 mm. It supports direct tapping in laser-cut holes from M6 to M12, while Flowdrill technology produces strong, durable threads in thin-walled materials.

With multi-axis laser technology, we machine tubes and profiles with bevels and weld preparations. This results in accurate components ready for welding, requiring minimal post-processing.
